Meet the Team
Andrea “Andi” Little
Founder and Creative Director
Andi is a professional graphic designer and educator with more than 15 years of creative industry experience, five years of elementary teaching experience, and eight years teaching graphic design at the college level. She founded Foundations Creative Academy to combine her two greatest professional passions: art and education. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where young artists can build real artistic skills, grow in confidence, explore their imaginations, and discover their own creative voices.
David brings more than 25 years of experience in the graphic design industry
to Foundations Creative Academy.
A lifelong artist and illustrator, his passion for visual storytelling began early when
he wrote and illustrated his first comic book as a teenager. His creative career has included professional graphic design, illustration, sign production, and three years as the owner of his own sign shop. At FCA, David assists with classroom instruction and provides hands-on guidance, encouragement, and plenty of creative inspiration as students develop their skills and bring their ideas to life.

John brings a fresh perspective to the Foundations Creative Academy team, combining formal training in design with a passion for helping others express their creative ideas. A graduate with a bachelor's degree in design, John has worked professionally as a graphic designer since 2024. As an artist, he believes in staying adaptable and helping people bring their artistic vision to life, even when they may not yet have the tools or confidence to express it themselves. Outside of design, John enjoys streaming games online and spending time with his dog and cat. His combination of formal design education, emerging professional experience, and fresh creative perspective brings an exciting new voice to our team.
Sammie Rahimi
Graphic Designer & Artist
Sammie is a professional graphic designer and multidisciplinary artist with more than 10 years of experience in the creative industry. Her artistic practice extends beyond digital design into sculpture, illustration, and product creation. Through her company, DanBamPins, Sammie designs and creates pop-culture-inspired jewelry, apparel, enamel pins, art prints, and sculpted pieces, bringing ideas from concept to finished product. Her diverse creative experience gives her a unique perspective on the artistic process and inspires students to explore how an idea can become something tangible. At Foundations Creative Academy, Sammie brings her passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and imaginative problem-solving to help young artists explore the many ways they can express themselves.
